Facebook has been growing VERY strong in Latin America. Colombia, Chile, Mexico and Argentina... all countries have many types of users, groups, pages and applications... from political groups to just-for-fun applications...
And now Twitter is in Spanish... this means that Twitter is paying attention to the market (like Facebook did)... more a more consumers are using Twitter for many things...
