Jesús Hoyos – Partner & Co-Founder
Partner and co-founder of Solvis Consulting, Jesús Hoyos is our business guru. He has over 16 years of experience providing leadership in the execution of Customer Relationship Management initiatives. Throughout his career he has assisted clients, vendors, and team members with business processes, requirements, project management, quality assurance, business cases, best practices, and technologies, using the implementation of CRM solutions. Before founding Solvis, he was the Regional Domain Partner for Customer Management Solutions in Latin America for Cambridge Technology Partners.
At Solvis, Jesús has worked with high profile international companies including: Entertainment Publications, Surebridge, Inc., BellSouth (Ecuador and Perú), Todo1 Bank Portal, Axtel, Connexium, Nortel Networks, and Aliant Telecom (Canada).

Earl M. LaChance – Partner & Co-Founder
Partner and co-founder of Solvis, Earl has a proven track record in CRM consulting and specializes in the Retail, Telecommunications and Finance industries. His CRM expertise is in Salesforce.com (Authorized Consultant), SAS Marketing Automation, Sales Force Automation, Customer Care / Support, and Business Intelligence solutions.
He combines strong communications skills with CRM “Best Practices” knowledge, as well as a thorough understanding of the technical aspects of software development. Before founding Solvis, he was a Senior Consultant with Cambridge Technology Partners, where he specialized in the implementation of CRM solutions.

Partner and co-founder of Solvis Consulting, John Davie has over 20 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management and Information Technology. Throughout his career he has successfully managed consulting teams in the design, development and implementation of CRM, business intelligence, web services, and IT strategic solutions. Before founding Solvis he was a Director/Managing Partner of Latin America/Caribbean for Cambridge Technology Partners.

José is our Mexico-based Director. He assists companies in the use of Computer Telephony Integration, Voice Portal and Customer Management technologies. Leopoldo Gómez - República Dominicana Director
Leopoldo is our representative in Dominican Republic and our expert in Customer Loyalty programs. Leopoldo is a Relationship Marketing expert and president of GomezLee Marketing, out of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. He leads the Loyalty Marketing Practice at the firm. Since 1990, GomezLee Marketing has provided promotional and loyalty marketing services to leading companies in the Caribbean, Central and South America and the US, in such industries as consumer packaged goods, retail, financial services, and telecommunications.
